Despite getting a bachelor's degree in Screenwriting, I did not quite enter into watching movies until a year ago. Though initially it had been an upswing (and eventual fall) of MoviePass that got me towards the movies to begin with, the stream of incredible films that arrived on the scene in the last year is exactly what stored me returning to the theater over and over. Oscar nominations arrived on the scene a week ago, even though I'm under pleased with the Academy’s nominations, I'm still celebrating the flicks that tugged inside my heart strings a year ago within my own way.
