Digital Wellness Is More Than Just Managing Your Screen Time!

I felt anxious and untethered. There' was, rubbing my morning eyes and wandering towards the kitchen at 7:30 AM, grumpily wearing a pot of coffee and feeding my pet rabbits. Then one didn't have. I'd made the decision, inspired by an Instagram publish of the things, to challenge myself not to take a look at my phone for that first hour of my day for just one week. Rather, I'd dedicate my morning to journaling. Or laundry.
