The Tamil Nadu Mother and father arrested from Tiruppur a 47-year-old man for that 2001 murder of the cab driver, 17 years after he entered hiding.
The accused has being best known as Rajan alias Poovai Rajan alias Kulla Rajan of Tiruppur, who had been one amongst the seven people arrested in 2001 for killing the motive force, Shajakan (21), at Neeankarai.
