Guwahati: Bharat Bhushan Dev Choudhury was on Saturday sworn-in because the Chairman from the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC).
Governor Jagdish Mukhi administered the oath of office to Choudhury in a function in the Raj Bhavan, the official release stated.
Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma seemed to be present around the occasion.
